FAQ stands for 'Frequently Asked Questions'. This section is for the benefit of the buyer who would find answers to most of their queries. How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products?
The shipping charge is based on the weight of the product. For multiple products ordered from the same category the program adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee.
Thus, a customer who orders three books weighing 200gms, 250gms and 400gms is charged a single delivery fee of a consignment weighing more than 500gms but less than one kg. The customer is not charged for three different consignments weighing less than 500gms each. Thus the customer will pay a delivery fee of85 for ordering the three books as a single order instead of142 if he orders them separately.
However, the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products. Thus, if a customer orders a Pearl Set and Shirts he will pay separate delivery charges for each product. This is because the products are being sourced and shipped from different cities.
The minimum weight taken into account is 250gms (only for documents) for domestic shipments and 500gms for international shipments. There is a parcel surcharge applicable for the consignments other than documents irrespective of weight of the shipments in case of international deliveries.
The weight of the product has been built in into the delivery charge of each product. This will automatically be added to the product cost at the payment stage. The delivery cost of a consignment weighing 3 Kg to be shipped within India will be = INR 165.
How to cancel order?
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, you must notify Robomart.com as by dialing 0120-4317230 (09:00AM to 06:30PM). We will verify the status of your order and make any necessary changes without any charges. No order with confirm payment can be cancelled.
We put a lot of effort into delivering our products rapidly; it may happen that your order has already been sent out when you call. If this should occur and you still wish to return a product, please refer to the Returns section.
Robomart.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases where an account has an outstanding balance.

What is the warranty for products?
The warranty conditions are those offered by the manufacturers. You may communicate with Robomart.com or directly with the manufacturer. Robomart.com is a reseller of many products and is not responsible in any case for the failure of a product manufactured by another company.
However, in the spirit of always wanting to better serve its clients, Robomart.com is willing to serve as an intermediary to exchange and communicate with the manufacturer in order to ensure that the client receives a satisfying service for which he paid. Along these lines, Robomart.com does not tolerate suppliers that do not take responsibility for their defective products.
It is important to note that robot kits may not be exchanged or refunded once they are assembled in part or in entirety. Only defective components will be replaced if the need arises. Along these lines, please carefully read the construction instructions for the robot and ensure that they are understood before commencing construction. Work carefully on a clean table and take regular breaks in order to maintain your concentration. Our manufacturers provide the necessary instructions for proper construction of their robot kits but cannot be held responsible for mistakes made by the builder.
The same goes for all specialized components and robot parts. All products sent back to Robomart.com on warranty will be inspected in order to determine if the problem was caused by a manufacturing problem and not improper use.
What are the methods of payment?
We have Zaakpay / CCAvenue Online payment gateway. One can use VISA MASTER Debit cards/credit card or internet banking facility to make payment to us. One can also deposit payment in our bank account. For more details please check our shopper guide.
What is the method of returning payment, if anyone is not satisfied with the product?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.
Returned items should be in resalable condition and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue replace the product or correct the faults in the product,refund in any case will not be entertained.
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Can I get assistance from Robomart.com regarding assembling the kit?
Yes. You will receive help for this purpose. We have a 'Download Section' in every product page on our website. In every download section all the required software's, presentation and all other required material.
What happens when the included maintenance ends?
After the first 12 months, your product maintenance will expire and you will no longer be able to receive technical support. Renewing your product maintenance is done purely at your discretion and can be renewed in advance of your maintenance expiration to ensure uninterrupted access to the support and product maintenance.
As all commercial and academic licenses are perpetual, you can use your software into perpetuity. This means, the download product will continue to operate the same way as it does before and after the maintenance period expires.
Can I buy Robomart.com products from any other vendor?
Yes, you can! We have various other dealers all across India. But the cost of the products would be the least at Robomart.com.
Why was I charged sales tax?
A VAT varying from 0% to 13.5% would be charged on all the products depending upon the product entity.

We sell our products primarily to educational institutions and educators. Our pricing is set with this in mind. Occasionally, we will offer discounted prices on particular programs. Does Robomart.com have any Warranty Policy?
Robomart.com warrants our products to be free from defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers normal use within the limits specified as stated in the applicable data sheets. This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, incorrect wiring, alterations, connector damage, or robot competition damage.
Does Robomart.com offer Repairs and Replacements?
Repairs and/or replacements are made if we determine an item is defective. Please contact us if you want a repairs or replacement. For all repairs, the customer pays freight to and from our facility. For all warranty claims, the customer pays freight to our facility and Robot Edutainment pays for ground freight back to the customer. Express shipping options are available.
Returns & Shipping Errors?
There are no returns for robotic kits. Claims for shipping shortages, errors, or defective materials must be in writing and received by Robomart.com within seven (7) days after receipt of shipment by buyer. Failure to make such claim within the stated period shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods and an admission that the goods fully comply with all the terms and conditions of the buyer's order.

Yes, it is possible. But it would not be possible online. The buyer needs to call up +91-120-4317230 or mail at [email protected] and provide all the details of the order already made. Now the concerned person would give the further instruction to the buyer. This is possible iff (if and only if) they order previously made has not been dispatched yet.
