How do you place an order?
Ordering at Robomart.com is easy. Just select the products you want to purchase, login, enter your shipping address, make the payment and there you have the product at your doorsteps.
How would your order be delivered to you?
Your order would be delivered to your chosen shipping address by reputed courier vendors. For detailed information kindly check the 'Shipping' link.
How would you know whether your order is placed successfully?
Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive confirmation from Robomart.com via SMS and E-Mail. The mail will have all the details of your order. These details could also be viewed at My Account à My Order from the corresponding account from which you have placed the order.
Do we take order over the phone?
No, we don't confirm order over the phone but you are most welcome to call us. We will nullify your query and redirected you to our website where you can place your order.
What if you want to place an order but your credit/debit card is not working?
Robomart.com has the option where you can choose your payment method. In case your debit/credit card is not working, then you can choose a different payment method like direct bank transfer.
What if you tried to place an order using debit card/credit card /net banking but the order wasn't placed successfully. What happens to the amount deducted from your account?
Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your charged account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to authenticate this. Please check with your bank for more details. If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would place an order for you from our side and deliver you the order.
How would you check the status of your order?
At every step of your order or any status change would be notified to you via E-Mail and SMS. Again once your order is dispatched we would send you E-Mail and SMS with your tracking details. Please check your spam and old SMS's for the status of your order, if you don't see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delay your order you would receive a special update from our end.
Can you place bulk order for an item(s)?
In order to place a bulk order, you need drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and the concerned department would get back to you.
Can you add item to your order once it has been already placed?
Yes, you can add item to your order after it's already placed but before the order has been shipped to your preferred shipping address. The extra amount to be paid would be notified to you by our concerned team.
How do you track your order once you have received the shipping details?
As soon as the order is shipped from here, notification SMS and E-Mail is sent along with the tracking details. These details could be used by you to track your order.
